Equipment Audits

The Hands Free Company offers a comprehensive audit and rectification service for a wide range of In-vehicle Electronic Equipment.

We use our senior installers to make nationwide on-site visits at your convenience to inspect and repair electronic equipment including:

• Hands Free Kits
• Mobile CCTV Systems
• Telematics Equipment
• Tracking Units
• Interlock Systems
• Reversing Cameras and Sensors

All our installers perform the inspection and comply to the industry recognised FCS1362 standard (Formerly MPT1362). Variability in the quality of installations across the industry has driven the need for this external auditing service. You can rest assured that all our installers are fully qualified and receive regular audits to ensure you receive the highest standard of service.

Upon completion of the inspection and safety checks a complete summary of the problems found will be provided; our fully equipped installer will then be able to carry out any necessary repairs, upgrades, and modifications.

The current fee for this service stands at £55 per hour plus VAT, with no minimum fee per visit. This price excludes the cost of parts.
