Sales Administrator

Role
Following up on new customer inquiries, ensuring all regulatory documentation for new accounts is received, maintaining the filing system for regulatory documentation and client account information, setting up new clients on the associated system, adding leads and opportunities from new inquiries onto the company database, updating opportunities, leads and customer accounts on company database, contributing to the sales process, includng customer liaison and providing information by email, supporting the transaction processing team with general administration during peak periods, providing general admin support to the sales team, assisting with customer service inquiries from existing customers, generating reports from standard systems
